ups return label

今天打一个ups的return label，死活打不出来
总是显示Unable to retrieve the UPS Label information. Please check the retrieval link.
其实只要把连接里面的“%3D”换成等号“=”就可以了
can’t print out a ups shipping label for return
figured out that all you need to do is to
change the link from %3D to = and it will work
